The founder of the firm, Harminder S. Dhillon, practices in the field of family law, real estate, wills, and estate, and child protection. Harminder Dhillon brings access to justice spirit to his practice where we keep in mind our clients’ cultural context while committed to meeting high standards of legal service and client satisfaction.
Harminder Dhillon has been a legal member of the Ontario Review Board since 2008. The Ontario Review Board has legal jurisdiction over persons charged with criminal offenses but found unfit to stand trial or have been found not criminally responsible due to mental health disorders. As a family law practitioner, Harminder Dhillon understands that mental health issues are quite challenging when facing the legal system. The Ontario Review Board assist these individuals by determining their treatment plan, sentencing, rehabilitation, and eventual re-integration back into the mainstream community.
Harminder Dhillon is also a member of Legal Aid panel for Family law matters, Canadian Association of South Asian Lawyers (CASAL) as well as the Peel Law Association. In addition, he is known for his community involvement and his contributions. He has also volunteered at various organizations such as the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted (AIDWYC), Mandatory Information Program (MIPs) at the Brampton Court House, the Community Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), John Howard Society at the Brampton Bail Court, National Volunteer Core in India, and many more.
Harminder Dhillon has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous community groups and organizations.
